Project Management

Servicing & Repairs
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure every system continues operating safely, efficiently and at peak performance. Whether it’s a residential lift, stair climber or a lifting device, our highly trained technicians provide expert service backed by years of hands-on experience.
We offer tailored service agreements – annual, bi-annual or quarterly, designed to suit the demands of different equipment and usage levels. All servicing and repairs are carried out using genuine parts, with full quotes provided prior to any work being completed. Our goal is to deliver reliable, fast turnarounds and clear communication at every stage.
For repairs or routine maintenance, customers can contact us to arrange convenient booking times or on-site visits. We carry a comprehensive range of spare parts to minimise downtime and ensure lasting performance. With thorough attention to detail and a strong safety focus, our maintenance team keeps every Hercules system running smoothly, year after year.
Financing
We work closely with selected finance companies for rent to buy financing options for our products.
By doing this, we offer the option to spread the cost over the term of the agreement. This allows our customers to generate income from the equipment today and enjoy the benefits of fixed monthly payments.
Payments are not affected by interest rate increases and are 100% tax deductible providing the equipment is used for business purposes. Security is only taken over the financed asset and you have the flexibility to upgrade, add or delete equipment during the term of the agreement. At the end of the term, you have the option to upgrade to new equipment and continue monthly payments or purchase the equipment outright for only $250 plus GST – an offer unique to Hercules.

User Inductions and Training
Proper training ensures every operator can use our equipment safely, confidently and efficiently. Whether you’re transporting a family member or goods with a powered stairclimber or manoeuvring a vehicle in one of our parking systems, understanding the correct operating procedures is essential to both performance and safety.
Before using any system, we confirm suitability and operating requirements, such as vehicle dimensions, load capacities or access conditions, to make sure the equipment is perfectly matched to your needs. Inductions are carried out by qualified technicians who take the time to explain key functions, demonstrate safe operation and answer any questions you may have.
Training sessions typically take an hour, depending on the equipment and can be arranged on site or at one of our facilities. Each induction ensures users are fully conversant with safety parameters, operational guidelines and maintenance basics, providing complete confidence when working with our systems. Induction fees may apply depending on location and system type.
Hire & Rental
A range of our products are available for hire or rental. In particular demand are our personal stairclimbers. It may be for weeks or months, or just a weekend to ensure one of your guests can make it to a venue with stairs and no lift! We can take bookings in advance to secure your equipment for a certain date.
We can also convert your rental to a purchase, should you decide to go ahead and buy the product. We are trusted supplier for NDIS, HCP, and DVA, as well as charitable organisations who may be able to assist with funding of your mobility product, including rental. We would be happy to discuss these options with you.

We provide training for the user/s prior to all equipment hires. We can book this in too, usually requiring about an hour of your time to ensure you feel confident in operating the machine.
Bespoke Design
Specialising in customised solutions for every conceivable lifting requirement, using products sourced from around the world, our customers are not restricted to a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Extensive time and effort is spent by our designers, engineers and manufacturers refining your system in both design and functionality. Each lifting configuration is studied in detail to achieve the most cost-effective, user-friendly system possible with the most optimal outcome.
Hercules has the ability to draw on over 50 different designs to create the ultimate lifting system for any site, within a range of constraints. We coordinate the design with the existing or proposed structure, rather than asking for the building to be changed to fit the machine.
As engineers, we can sit down with your consultants to design your lifter in keeping with your needs. All our designs are completed in Australia, so no language issues, and any engineering or architectural question can be answered on the spot.
