Australia’s Only 400kg Wheelchair Stair Transfer Valet – For When Standard Solutions Simply Aren’t Enough

For bariatric patients, heavy powered wheelchair users, and complex mobility needs that standard patient transport simply cannot accommodate – Hercules provides Australia’s most capable wheelchair stair transfer valet service, using the world’s highest weight capacity wheelchair stairclimber to get your loved one safely down the stairs and on their way to their appointment.

Unlike standard patient transport providers such as NSW Health PTS, National Patient Transport, St John Ambulance, Ambulance Victoria, ComfortDelGro NPT, MediRide, Wilson Medic One, Medical Edge, Absolute Medical Response, CareFlight, HART Services, and Australian Red Cross Transport – Hercules is not a transport company. We are Australia’s specialist stair climbing experts. We safely transfer your loved one in their own wheelchair, powered or manual, any size – using purpose-built professional equipment, then you can drive them to their appointment yourself at your own time schedule.

How It Works:

1. Book Hercules – schedule your heavy-duty wheelchair stair transfer at a time that suits your appointment

2. Our operator arrives at your home with the Domino People crawler track stairclimber

3. Safe, dignified transfer – your family member is safely loaded onto the platform via telescopic ramps, wheelchair secured with tie-down straps, and transported smoothly up or down the stairs with joystick-precision control

4. You drive – take your family member to their appointment in your own vehicle

5. We return for the trip home if needed
